MSP User

The MSP User role is a limited MSP-scoped user role. It can view users and organizations within the MSP context and may receive per-client organization assignments when needed.

  • Access level: Limited MSP visibility

MSP User accounts are useful for team members who need visibility into MSP users or client organizations but do not require full administrative access.

Permissions​

The MSP User role has limited access to:

  • Users: View users.
  • Organizations: View organizations.

By default, this role does not have access to assets, vulnerabilities, networks, reports, tags, or integrations unless additional client-specific permissions are assigned.
