Users
Overview
The Users module manages user accounts, roles, and access in scani5 .
What you can do
- Search and filter users by email, role, or status
- Add or invite new users
- Manage account actions (invite, lock/unlock, delete)
User roles
Roles define platform, MSP, and organization-level access:

| Platform | SQ1 administrator |
| MSP | MSP Admin, MSP User |
| Organization | Org Admin, Org User |
User status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active / Verified | User can access the application |
| Pending | Invitation or verification incomplete |
| Inactive | Account disabled |
Access scope
Users visible depend on the logged-in administrator's role — platform admins see all users; org admins see only their organization.
